To join the Pennsylvania 600 Club, fill out the form below. You will be charged the fee of $5.00 (Initiation Fee $2.00 and Yearly Dues $3.00). Annual dues are paid between January 1st and March 31st of each year. After March 31st a reinstatement fee of $1.00 will be assessed.
